Easy and healthy, this broccoli slaw is great for a BBQ side dish or paired with other Asian-flavored dishes. It easily scales up if you need to make more!
- 1 package (12 oz) Shredded Broccoli Slaw
- 3 Scallions, chopped
- 1 Green Pepper, chopped
- 1 cup Cooked Edamame
- 2 Lemons
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Kosher Salt & Pepper, to taste
Here’s what I did:
Toss the broccoli slaw, chopped scallions, chopped green pepper and edamame in a large serving bowl.
In a medium bowl, make the sauce. Combine the rest of the ingredients. including the zest and juice of both lemons. Whisk thoroughly.
Pour the sauce over the slaw mix and toss to combine. Serve cold or room temperature.
