Instead of individually sending my three younger sisters the recipes for dishes and meals I make, I created this place to collect and share them together.   My sisters are my taste-testers, my best critics (they are lovingly oh so honest) and my favorite people to share a meal with because it means we are all together.

A former extremely picky eater, I now try to be adventurous in my food choices and put my cooking abilities to the test at home.  My husband Joe and I consider ourselves healthy eaters for the most part, abiding by all the buzzwords – fresh, seasonal, sustainable, local – when we can.  But let’s be honest, when a craving hits that we just can’t shake, we fall off the wagon. And when we travel, we indulge in local cuisine to the max. Such is life, right?  

I will do my best to take pictures, share tips and give the adaptations to the recipes we attempt. To quote Meryl Streep as the fashionable Miranda Priestly in The Devil Wears Prada, “That’s all.”
